The past weekend's racing took place near Walkerville on a very flat and fast course . Luckily there were some singletrack and sections with tight corners .There was quite an impressive amount of entries and also some of the top riders.

The whole race was almost just fun and games until about halfway through the second and final lap. We were about six riders in the leading bunch including Mark ,Christof ,Francois ,JP and myself.

Before we entered the last section of tight turns, we were on a small stretch of tar road. I decided to take my chance and powered to enter the section first .

I made a small gap through all the turns and just kept it to win the race , with Mark about 30m behind me and then very shortly followed by Christof and Francois.
